Iโ€™m out of vocal shape and trying to figure out how to balance this new Momma life! My voice has changed in one way #postpartum and itโ€™s simply that Iโ€™ve lost my endurance. These #TOP5 tips are how Iโ€™ve ALWAYS gotten myself back in vocal shape over the years when Iโ€™ve let my discipline slip or if life just got in the way.

#1 5-minutes-a-day rule.

#2 Drink more warm teas while training.

#3 Hydrate!
#4 Recovery.

#5 Patience.
Bonus: Add in extra breathing exercises especially on days where you are vocally fatigued and on your recovery days.
