First up 👉🏽 Let’s get back in vocal shape! 🏋🏽‍♀️💪🏽

I’m out of vocal shape and trying to figure out how to balance this new Momma life! My voice has changed in one way #postpartum and it’s simply that I’ve lost my endurance. These #TOP5 tips are how I’ve ALWAYS gotten myself back in vocal shape over the years when I’ve let my discipline slip or if life just got in the way.


#1 5-minutes-a-day rule.

#2 Drink more warm teas while training.

#3 Hydrate!
#4 Recovery.

#5 Patience.
Bonus: Add in extra breathing exercises especially on days where you are vocally fatigued and on your recovery days.
